Club Expenses Procedure Expenses may be claimed for items such as: θFootballs θFootball kit θTraining equipment (cones, bibs, poles, etc) θTrophies/Man-of-the-Match Medals θCoaching Courses θCoaching registration fees θReferee registration fees θReferee match fees Expenses for purchases up to £50 may be claimed on production of an expenses form and the appropriate receipts to the Club Treasurer. Expenses for purchases greater than £50 must be submitted for approval by at least two from the Club Chairman, Treasurer and/or Secretary PRIOR to actual purchase taking place.
